Please note: learning to solder, especially pick soldering, is a skill essential to your success in every area of silversmithing! Prerequisite: Silversmithing I Supply kit and simple butane torch will cost around $120 and you will be able to purchase those at Veberod Gem Gallery during class. Being able to see clearly is essential to your success, so bring any portable lighting and magnification you are accustomed to using (cheaters, OptiVisor, Telesight).
