Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS, 2-day delivery for a fee of $20.00. All items are shipped fully insured. Additional shipping fees may apply for delivery outside of the contiguous U.S. (AK & HI, International), overnight delivery, and delivery of non-jewelry or heavier items (such as tools and other materials).

Warranty

Veberöd Gem Gallery warranties against defects in the workmanship and materials of our jewelry. We offer:

A 5-year warranty on the original and custom made jewelry that we manufacture. (This warranty does not extend to vintage, estate or antique jewelry that we sell.)
A 1-year warranty on repairs that we conduct in-house.

Our five-year warranty covers metal failure, broken solder joints or failure not caused by normal wear as determined by Veberöd Gem Gallery. All gemstones can chip, crack, break or be lost due to wear, including diamonds. Because of this, Veberöd Gem Gallery cannot warranty against any damage or loss of gemstones unless metal failure is the cause. As much of our work includes one-of-a-kind gemstones we cannot guarantee a perfect match to an original stone, yet we will do our best to find the closest replacement.

Please note, the following criteria void our warranty:

If any jewelry work or adjustments on the item was performed by any jewelers other than us.
If a piece of our jewelry was purchased not from us but rather from a third-party seller.

If the item is covered by our five-year warranty, we will fix the issue at no extra cost. If your item requires a repair not covered by warranty, we will provide an estimate and discuss with you before proceeding with any work.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied! Should you find that you are not absolutely in love with an item you've purchased, we offer refunds for up to 60-days of the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales receipt and and store credit for up to one year with a receipt. All items being returned must be in the original condition with no damage or signs of wear and tear. If you have concerns about workmanship, please see our Warranty.

Special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom merchandise are non-returnable yet may be exchangeable at our discretion. Gift cards, gift certificates and reward card balances are not redeemable for cash.

Returns By Mail

Here are the basic steps:

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call Veberöd Gem Gallery immediately at 952-595-8338 for assistance.
Please read the information on your receipt carefully.
Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose a copy of the receipt and a note with your name and contact information including phone number as well as a description of what needs to be done (i.e. return the item, or exchange for another item, etc.).
All items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes and with accompanying paperwork and accessories (if applicable) to ensure a full credit. All returns will be inspected by our team before we can process a refund.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Prepare your return by mail to Veberöd Gem Gallery directly using the following steps:

Ship your return package, fully insured for the total value of contents, via US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. Keep the return tracking number from the package for your records.

In-Store Returns

If you prefer, you may bring your return item to our store. Please bring the original package and receipt with you. If you have a specific issue or concern you wish to discuss, we recommend that you call in advance at 952-595-8338 to ensure that a manager or goldsmith is available to meet with you directly.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE RETURN AND MAILING PROCEDURES EXACTLY MAY PREVENT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN AND ANY REQUESTED REFUND.

A Veberöd Gem Gallery associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Repairs and Production Time

As a full-service business that creates custom jewelry in-house, we are extremely well qualified to offer a full range of repair services. Nearly all repairs take place on site, which means you can rest assured that your jewelry is secure until it's back in your hands. Should a piece require services outside of our shop, we will notifiy you in advance. We price our repairs according to industry standards to ensure fair and consistent value for your dollar.

In general, you can expect your repairs to be completed within three to four weeks. Certain seasons or holidays may impact our repair schedule, yet we will be sure to offer an estimated time frame when you drop off your piece off with us. In some cases, we may be able to offer four-day rush jobs for an additional 50% of the price of the repair.
