Service Description

Special requirements for classes during the pandemic.  This class is a maximum of four students and picture of vaccination card is required by email or text within 24 hours of signup. There will be NO REFUNDS given if you sign up and do not provide proof of vaccination. (If you have technical difficulty with this, just contact Brad or Camille before signing up and we'll help) If the class is full, you will be removed and the spot opened up until proof is provided. If that happens, you will be signed up for the next available date after proof of vaccination is presented. Masks may also be required in class depending on CDC recommendations. Learn to knot your own pearls! Pearls should be re- knotted frequently to maintain their best appearance and safety, and it can add up to pay someone else to do it. Knotted pearls also make a great gift. With ready access to very reasonably priced freshwater pearls in all colors or nicer pearls in stunning variety or even salt water pearls, the options are simply endless!!! The first time you take the class, you will learn how to knot your pearls and begin/end your strand with bead tips with a demo using french wire. If you are interested in learning the French Wire technique(pictured), you can take the class a second time at 50% discount and the instructor will get you up to speed with this more advanced technique and/or we will share a video of the same upon request. Please plan to provide all your own consumables. You will be able to purchase anything you need at Veberod Gem Gallery during class. Being able to see clearly is essential to your success, so bring any portable lighting and magnification you are accustomed to using (cheaters, OptiVisor, Telesight).
